Access, approval, termination, restrictions, lost stolen badges, your badge no longer works. Please submit a technology Help Desk Ticket, and It will get routed to HR.
If a badge reader stops working, please submit a Technology Help Desk Ticket, which will get routed to a Technology Support Technician. (Technician will determine if its a software or hardware issue and route accordingly)
When you need a door scheduled open, please submit an FMX maintenance ticket; it will get routed to Carmen Perez or Garrett Meade, and we will schedule your request.

Yearly Calendar- Carmen Perez will meet with the appropriate person of each building after calendars are finalized to make sure doors are opened or closed at the appropriate times (vacation schedules and days off, yearly meetings, conferences).

When you need to schedule a door open
1. Fill out an FMX maintenance request.
2. We need the following information. Event Title, specific door/s, and the specific time/s you would like that door open from.
3. If the times requested fit within the security parameters, we will schedule the request. If there is an issue, we will reach out to you to work out the details.
Example of request details. - We are hosting district operations meeting at the Service Center on June 1, 2023, from 6:00 pm- 9:00 pm. Please schedule the main level front entrance door to be open from 5:45 pm-- 6:15 pm. (in this example, I only wanted the door open 15 minutes before and after the scheduled start time).
