- KRESA staff initiates request through a help desk ticket
- Call in 250-9280
- Email support@swmitech.org
- Enter a ticket www.support.swmitech.org
- Ticket will need to contain the following:
- Device type
- Size (if applicable)
- Budget unit and account number
- MiTech staff will provide a quote
- The ticket will be directed to the MiTech Executive Admin Assistant for purchasing
- When the device arrives, MiTech staff will inventory, deploy, and assist with any setup

Exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis as approved by MiTech staff
Applies to: Speakers, headphones, webcams, chargers, and any other sort of peripheral that is not included in Standard Hardware section
