2. Delete the object from Intune (and AD if applicable)
3. Remove from inventory
Whether it's a laptop, ipad, monitor, printer…etc. Asset Tiger needs to have a note entered with the updated status of the equipment set to INACTIVE, and marked as SOLD.
4. Wipe the device with Killdisk
5. Re-install Windows with a standard .iso. Do not re-enroll via OSDCloud
5a. Setup a new local admin account with a generic password that can be supplied to the new owner
5b. Enter the product key pulled from step 1
5c. Run all updates and verify drivers
6. Hand the device over to the new owner with the login credentials. Verify they are able to get in.
