Open the Avigilon App from your computer and login
Click the 3 lines in the upper left corner of the Avigilon
Click Export
From the cameras dropdown select the camera with the footage that needs to be exported
Select the start date and time of the incident
Select the end date and time of the incident
Select the file name just under the Export Files heading
Note: The file name will start with ACC Export-XXXXXXX. Where the Xs are will be the date and time the video footage was exported on.
Once highlighted click the AVE Options heading right above the Burn to Disc and Export buttons
Note: Once changed to AVI the heading will change from AVE to AVI which is what the below screenshot is showing
Change the format to AVI
Select the overlays that are needed (typically timestamp and Device Name are the only needed options)
Once the needed footage is ready select the check box next to the file name
Click Export
Find a location to save that file that can be found after the export
Click Select folder once that spot is found
Note: The export will begin as soon as the select folder button is clicked
Once the export is done the file can be transferred to a USB drive and given to whoever needs it.
Select Add
Select Video
Follow the above steps for each video file that needs to be exported. When it gets to the exporting phase just check each file and click export
