This is for overrides for concerts, after hour events, snow days, etc. If it is an emergency and the facilities staff is not immediately available, the network team can perform the scheduling override. For these emergencies, please call the helpdesk at 269-250-9280 to create the ticket and get it escalated to the network team, or contact the after-hours emergency number at 269-250-9281. |
Standard Everyday Schedules | MiTech Network Team | To create or adjust everyday schedules or sets of doors, a helpdesk ticket should be submitted. Unfortunately, we cannot give granular access to this section of Avigilon. |
Software Updates/Configurations |

User Access/Badge Creation | District HR (via Bravo) | HR has access and prints badges. This one may change district to district if its HR, Maintenance, or a district tech handles badge printing. |
New construction/adding doors | District maintenance manager will obtain quote and place order with our standard vendor (Buist) for new reader, cabling, install labor. | District maintenance manager will notify the SW MiTech Infrastructure Manager of install dates/times so that the SW MiTech ACM administrator is available for programming of the system. |
