ΒΆ OnBase SSO Update
We are pleased to announce that OnBase will be updated on 5/19/2025 for KRESA to support Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication using your Microsoft credentials. This enhancement will streamline access and improve the security of your documents. Please note that this update will require downtime due to extensive backend modifications. We expect OnBase to be down all of 5/19/2025.
Important Details:
All existing OnBase form links will need to be updated. If these links are posted on websites or saved as bookmarks, they will need to be replaced. We will update all links on the KRESA website.
Any outstanding approvals should be completed before 5/19. If you do not complete these, you will need to log into OnBase to complete them. Old email links directly to the workflows will no longer work.
After the update, you will log in using the 'Log in with Microsoft' button. Your old OnBase User ID will no longer be valid. This is a sample of what the new log in looks like:
