Navigate to https://support.swmitech.org/
Click "Single Sign-On, you will be redirected to sign in with your Microsoft Account. If you have already signed in, you will automatically sign into the portal.
Simply Click New Ticket in the top right hand corner or select Support Ticket Link
Fill Out the Subject Line: Clearly state the issue or request in a few words.
Provide a Detailed Description: Describe the problem or request in detail. Include as much information as possible to help the IT team understand and address the issue efficiently. You can also add pictures and links to provide additional context.
Select a Category: Choose the appropriate category for your ticket to ensure it is routed to the right team.
Click Create: This will upload the ticket to our system. You will receive an automated email shortly afterwards.

Click the My Tickets tab on the left hand side to see all active and closed tickets. You can update tickets with extra notes from the portal or via email.
Click on the solutions tab on the left hand side to see an ever growing list of solutions for common questions.
